I think I giant fountain in the library green would be a great addition to the fgcu campus

I've noticed that FGCU has a plan worked out with ATT and I think it would be awesome if there were other plans with other cellular companies... something that college students could afford. A selling point would be for we as college students to sign up for our own plans (vacating the family plans) therefore the deal would have to be good enough that we would want to do this. We would begin to develop our credit this way and the companies would get a few thousand new customers.

Also I think it would be beneficial to look into selling coupon cards to the students. They can be worked out with local businesses, I know most of the local high schools do this. You get free pizza's and buy one get one subway deals. You also get a free oil change. This could be a great money maker for student government and a way for students to take advantage of some local establishments throughout the year.

Being a grad student and not having a community service requirement, I'd love to see a group on campus dedicated to volunteering that doesn't offer volunteer credit. I'm curious how many students would still participate.
